Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Participation is open to certified yoga teachers (200h/300h/500h RYT or equivalent). By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once the $300 non-refundable deposit has been paid. The remaining balance must be paid in full either on-site in Rishikesh upon arrival, or online prior to the beginning of the course.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to treat others with kindness and respect, and maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the retreat center. We reserve the right to dismiss anyone whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without a refund.
Health & Responsibility
You agree to take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing. Please consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions before attending. Jyoti Retreat is not liable for injuries or health issues occurring during the retreat.
Program Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the program, teachers, or venue in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
To confirm your booking, a non-refundable deposit of $300 is required. The remaining balance can be paid either:
On-site in Rishikesh in cash upon arrival,
Or you can choose to pay the full amount online at the time of booking.
Please note: By confirming your reservation, you are committing to the entire retreat fee, regardless of whether you cancel.
However, you may transfer your spot to another eligible retreat at Rishikesh Yog Nirvana if you notify us in writing.
If Jyoti Retreat must cancel the retreat (e.g. due to force majeure), all payments will be refunded in full, including deposits.

We collect personal information (name, email, payment info, etc.) to process bookings, communicate with you, and provide updates about the retreat.
Data Use
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Your data will be used solely to manage your retreat experience and any future Jyoti Retreat communications (you may unsubscribe anytime).
Third-Party Services
Payments are handled through WooCommerce and its secure payment gateways (e.g. Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your payment details directly.

Certificate Disclaimer
Please note that this is a retreat, not a certification program. Therefore, no certificate will be provided upon completion. The focus of this retreat is on personal growth, relaxation, and deepening your practice.
