Terms & Conditions
Eligibility
Participation is open to certified yoga teachers (200h/300h/500h RYT or equivalent). By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Booking Confirmation
Your booking is confirmed once the $300 deposit has been paid. Remaining balance must be paid in full by the date specified in your confirmation email.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to treat others with kindness and respect, and maintain the peaceful atmosphere of the retreat center. We reserve the right to dismiss anyone whose behavior is disruptive or inappropriate, without a refund.
Health & Responsibility
You agree to take full responsibility for your own health and wellbeing. Please consult your doctor if you have any medical conditions before attending. Jyoti Retreat is not liable for injuries or health issues occurring during the retreat.
Program Changes
We reserve the right to make changes to the program, teachers, or venue in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Deposit
A $300 deposit is required to secure your spot. This deposit is non-refundable.
Cancellations

Up to 45 days before the retreat: Full refund (minus deposit)

30–45 days before: 50% refund (minus deposit)

Less than 30 days: No refunds available
However, you may transfer your spot to another eligible yoga teacher if you notify us in writing.
If Jyoti Retreat must cancel the retreat (e.g. due to force majeure), all payments will be refunded in full, including deposits.

Data Collection
We collect personal information (name, email, payment info, etc.) to process bookings, communicate with you, and provide updates about the retreat.
Data Use
We do not sell or share your information with third parties. Your data will be used solely to manage your retreat experience and any future Jyoti Retreat communications (you may unsubscribe anytime).
Third-Party Services
Payments are handled through WooCommerce and its secure payment gateways (e.g. Stripe or PayPal). We do not store your payment details directly.

Certificate Disclaimer
Participants may be eligible to receive a Yoga Alliance-recognized 50-hour or 100-hour continuing education certificate. The exact type and hours of certification will be confirmed closer to the event. Participation in the full retreat is required to receive a certificate.
